FACTORY
To meet the growing demand for production capacity and provide our customers with faster, more efficient solutions, our company has added a new 15,000 m² facility located in the 5th Organized Industrial Zone of Konya. This strategic investment not only expands our production areas but also strengthens our technological infrastructure, aiming to maximize efficiency. With manufacturing processes that meet the highest quality standards, environmentally friendly practices, and modern facility capabilities, our new factory marks a significant milestone in supporting our company’s growth vision.
MACHINE
We have significantly expanded our machinery park to enhance our production capacity and product range. Reaching a capacity of 2,600 units in the production of Butterfly Valves, Tilting Valves, and Check Valves stands as a clear testament to our ongoing technological investments. Equipped with modern manufacturing technology, we continue to raise our quality standards while making our production processes faster and more efficient. This advancement brings us closer to our goal of offering customers a broader selection of products with the assurance of on-time delivery.
DSI
Our company has once again confirmed its reliability and prestige in the public sector by receiving official approval from the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) as a certified valve supplier. This important certification is a strong indicator of our production quality and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, with investments made in our R&D department, our laboratory and testing units have been expanded, further strengthening our product development and quality control processes. As part of this effort, an accredited kW test stand equipped with the latest technology has been established, enabling performance and durability tests of our products according to international standards, fully meeting customer expectations. With an innovation and quality-focused approach, our company continues to maintain its leading position in the industry.

In line with our company's growth and production capacity enhancement goals, Esdöksan’s second facility, a new production plant measuring 3,500 m², has been put into operation. This modern and spacious facility increases the efficiency of our production processes and enables us to provide faster and higher quality service to our customers. Additionally, with the renewal of our WRAS factory certification, which is one of the important documents among our factory approvals, our quality standards and international compliance have been refreshed.
